Sebastien Haller is set to undergo a Norwich medical after agreeing a £6.5million move from Utrecht, Football Insider sources understand.
The France Under-21 international is due at the Premier League club’s training ground for medical tests ahead of his switch from Holland.
Haller, who started his career with Auxerre, has scored 11 goals in 16 Dutch league games this season and 14 strikers in 18 appearances in all competitions.
A Norwich source told Football Insider that the Premier League team have agreed the terms of a deal and are confident of it being completed by the end of the week.
Norwich manager Alex Neil has made his move to beat off competition from Sunderland and Aston Villa to land the forward after selling Lewis Grabban to rivals Bournemouth for £8million.
Meanwhile, Norwich forwards Gary Hooper, currently on loan at Sheffield Wednesday, and Kyle Lafferty have been told they can leave Carrow Road.
