Rangers have made four changes to their starting XI for Tuesday’s Betfred Cup quarter-final tie against Queen of the South.
Matt Gilks will make his fourth appearance in the competition this season between the posts while Lee Hodson, Harry Forrester and Michael O’Halloran also return to the side following Saturday’s goalless draw against Ross County.
Wes Foderingham, Joe Garner and Barrie McKay drop to the bench as a result of the changes with skipper Lee Wallace not named in Mark Warburton’s 18-man squad.

In front of Gilks is a back four of James Tavernier, Clint Hill, Danny Wilson and Northern Ireland international Hodson, who will slot in at left-back.
The Gers’ midfield stays the same with Andy Halliday set for the midfield anchorman role and Jason Holt and Josh Windass playing either side of him in advanced positions, while Forrester and O’Halloran will join top scorer Martyn Waghorn in a three-pronged Light Blues attack.
Also named on the subs list are Niko Kranjcar, Kenny Miller, Philippe Senderos and Matt Crooks.
In other Rangers team news, a report has shed fresh light on Joey Barton’s bust-up last week as the permanent axe hovers.
