Danny Wilson played 90 minutes in the 2-1 defeat against Aberdeen on Sunday – and the club’s fans praised the defender on Twitter despite the loss.
Rangers suffered a 2-1 blow in the Scottish Championship as James Maddison scored a 90th minute winner with a superb free-kick.

Mark Warburton’s side did find an equaliser, with Andy Halliday stroking home a penalty after Lee Wallace was fouled inside the penalty box.
Wilson, 24, retained his starting position from the side that beat Queen of the South 5-0 mid-week.
Team-mate Philippe Senderos was available again for selection after serving the ban from his red card against Celtic, but was an unused substitute.
The Rangers supporters praised the performance of Wilson on Twitter and he has previously come under criticism for his efforts.
Ex-Liverpool player Wilson has now made 10 appearances this season for Rangers, with four of them coming in the Scottish League Cup.
The centre-back played alongside Clint Hill against Aberdeen and the pair will hope to retain their starting roles.
Rangers are without a win in their last four league games and are seven points adrift of leaders Celtic, having played a game more.
