Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has unveiled a new silver hairstyle, with slits in the sides.

The Welsh sensation was mocked on the Internet earlier this summer when he dyed his hair blonde prior to Euro 2016, but it appears he enjoyed the limelight and has now posted his new design on his personal Instagram account.

The previous blonde design coincided with a fine spell of form for the midfielder, who had a storming Euro 2016 as Wales reached the semi-final before losing to eventual champions Portugal.

The 25-year-old played in the first five of Wales Euro matches, but was left heartbroken as he missed the semi-final due to a yellow card suspension.

He has returned to domestic action with Arsenal, and will hope that they can improve on their second place last season to win some silverware that will match his new look.

Arsenal opened their Premier League campaign with a 4-3 defeat to Liverpool at the Emirates but Ramsey picked up an injury in the second half and was taken off.

Ramsey subsequently missed their next game against Leicester, which they drew 0-0, and he isn’t expected to feature again until the middle of September.

Injuries have been a big problem for Ramsey since joining from Cardiff in 2008, and he has completed a full 38-game Premier League season just once for the club.
