Scott Sinclair has celebrated the three points gained against Motherwell on Saturday, with the fleet footed winger opening the scoring in Celtic’s 2-0 victory.
Highly rated youngster Moussa Dembele added the second goal with a penalty in the second half, which has seen the Hoops retain their place at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
The Hoops will host German side Borussia Monchengladbach on Wednesday and Sinclair highlighted the fixture on his personal Twitter account saying “roll on Wednesday”.
Sinclair, 27, completed a move to Brendan Rodgers’ side in the summer from Championship team Aston Villa.
He has impressed at the Hoops since joining with eight goals and three assists in his first 14 matches for the club.
Celtic are currently top of the Premiership with 22 points from their first eight fixtures in the competition, which has seen them placed four points above second placed Aberdeen with a game in hand.
They have an important week of matches coming up with the Champions League clash alongside a match against fierce rivals Rangers in the Scottish League Cup semi-final.
In other Celtic team news, Brendan Rodgers has confirmed that 13-year-old sensation Karamoko Dembele has trained with the first team.
