Aston Villa owner Tony Xia has held a meeting with the first-team players at Bodymoor Heath ahead of their Championship game against Rotherham at Villa Park.
The club’s official Twitter account shows Xia giving a speech to the players as he outlines his vision ahead of their clash.

Villa have suffered back-to-back defeats in the space of four days, with the most recent against fourth-tier opposition Luton Town.
It has seen both manager Roberto Di Matteo and the club’s owner call for fresh faces to the side, with West Brom defender James Chester signing a four-year deal on Friday afternoon.
The club are yet to win a competitive game since February when they beat Championship rivals Norwich in the Premier League.
Xia purchased the Midlands club from the much-criticised Randy Lerner for £75 million, after the American’s tenure at Villa Park came to an end following relegation last term.
Chinese businessman Xia has been very outspoken on his personal Twitter account about the club and what he expects from the team.
