Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele will miss Belgium’s World Cup qualifier against Estonia on Sunday – and fans on Twitter have questioned his injury status.
Belgian reporter Kristof Terreur has stated on his personal Twitter account that Dembele has still not recovered from the north London derby last Sunday.

Supporters were asking whether the 29-year-old midfielder is injured or is he simply being rested by the Red Devils manager Roberto Martinez.
One fan was left annoyed as it was stated that Dembele may still have trouble with his ankle as he questioned why he cannot seem to shake off the niggling injury.
But another supporter was pleased Dembele was missing the international fixture as he stated it would keep the key player, who was labelled a genius by Mauricio Pochettino last weekend, fresh for club duty.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:

Injuries and suspensions have restricted Dembele to eight Premier League and Champions League game this season, but he did make a significant impact in the north London derby.
Dembele won the penalty which led to Harry Kane equalising from the spot in the second-half, after his teammate Kevin Wimmer had headed into his own net before the break.
After the international fixtures Spurs host their London rivals West Ham at White Hart Lane in what will be a highly charged encounter.
In other Tottenham team news, Stan Collymore believes this Spurs ace will start for England against Scotland at Wembley.
