Kyle Walker helped England keep a clean sheet in what was a poor display from the Three Lions against Slovenia on Tuesday night – and there was a mixed response from Tottenham fans on Twitter.
Gareth Southgate’s side were lucky to leave Slovenia with a point in a disappointing display after their 2-0 win against lowly Malta on Saturday.
It means the Three Lions have now picked up two wins, and one draw in their World Cup qualifying campaign.
A section of Tottenham fans felt right-back Walker was superb on the night, alongside club teammates Danny Rose, as the duo helped England keep another clean sheet.
But others felt the likes of Dele Alli, Walker and Rose are unable to replicate their club form on the international stage.
Additionally, another supporter stated that shows the magic work Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is doing at White Hart Lane.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:
#THFC another clean sheet for a back four featuring Kyle Walker & Danny Rose.

@Stodders I wouldn't have any Tottenham in the England team apart from Kyle Walker, the others just aren't up to the job

Walker will now return to north London, as Spurs prepare for a trip to the Hawthorns to take on West Brom.
Pochettino’s side are unbeaten this season after seven games, as they sit second with 17 points, one point behind leaders Manchester City.
In other Tottenham team news, supporters were surprised on Twitter that Christian Eriksen failed to have an impact for Denmark against Montenegro.
