In form Tottenham forward Son Heung-min bagged the winner for South Korea against Qatar on Thursday afternoon – and Spurs fans took to Twitter to praise their striker, who can’t stop scoring.

The 24-year-old bagged the final goal of the game on the 58th minute during his country’s 3-2 victory against the 2022 World Cup hosts.

Son’s goal is his sixth in seven appearances for club and country after starting the new campaign in impressive form.

Spurs supporters took to social media following his latest goal and were delighted that their forward has continued his impressive run in front of goal.

Here are a selection of their messages on Twitter:

Son was close to departing White Hart Lane and the Premier League in the summer, linked with a return to the Bundesliga with Wolfsburg.

However, he was handed a surprise start in the club’s fourth match of the new campaign and he took his opportunity well scoring two goals in his first appearance of the season.

The north London side are currently sat in second place and a point behind league leaders Manchester City, as they look to improve on their third place finish from the last campaign.

They face a tough battle against Tony Pulis’ West Brom side after the international break, who they were held to two 1-1 draws with last season.

In other Tottenham team news, midfielder Victor Wanyama revealed what manager Mauricio Pochettino told him before an £11million move from Southampton in the summer.
