Walker has made 13 appearances for Tottenham this season, providing two assists.
He has been key to the Spurs back line, which has so far remained undefeated from 11 Premier League fixtures conceding just six goals.
Tottenham will face West Ham at White Hart Lane after the international break.
England will face Spain next on Tuesday, which could see Spurs quartet Walker, Harry Kane, Danny Rose and Eric Dier feature.
However, fans will be hoping they return unscathed for the London clash, as they hope all of their internationals return without injuries.
In other Tottenham news, fans reacted on Twitter to Harry Kane’s omission from the line-up.
