Lopes is a Portuguese winger who could be the latest impressive youngster to move to White Hart Lane.
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is assembling a young and emerging squad that is expected to compete for the Premier League title this season.
Lopes has made 13 appearances already this season, scoring one goal and supplying an assist.
At 17, he has already become a crucial player of a senior side and a move to Spurs could be the next logical sense.
The right winger made his debut in the 2014-15 season and has continued his remarkable rise at a young age.
Spurs signed Dele Alli in 2015 from League One Side Mk Dons and he has gone on to become a star player for the club, something they will hope Lopes can emulate.
