Tottenham will listen to offers for Nabil Bentaleb, Ryan Mason and Tom Carroll in the final week of the transfer window, Football Insider sources understand.

Spurs are ready to offload the three Academy graduates to free up cash for Mauricio Pochettino to spend on other areas of the squad.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that the north Londoners are ready to cash in on Bentaleb, 21, Mason, 25, and Carroll, 24 and all three could depart before the 31 August cut-off.

The trio have slipped down the central midfield pecking order at White Hart Lane following the £12million summer signing of Victor Wanyama and the emergence of Eric Dier.

This comes after Dier and Moussa Dembele, who is serving a suspension carried over from last season, were Mauricio Pochettino’s preferred partnership in midfield in 2015-16.

Tottenham are close to agreeing a loan-to-buy deal with Schalke for Bentaleb although the central midfielder has not yet given the green light to the transfer.

The Mirror claim Spurs are ready to offer outcast Bentaleb to Newcastle as part payment for £35million-rated France international Sissoko.

Premier League outfit Hull are in talks to sign Mason, who has also attracted interest from Bournemouth and Sunderland.

The Spurs academy graduate has been an unused substitute in the team’s opening two matches of the season, a 1-1 draw against Everton and a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.

Meanwhile, Carroll has attracted interest from Swansea, where he spent the 2014-15 season on loan.

In other Tottenham transfer news, the club are ready to offer three players in part-exchange to land a Championship wonderkid.
