Aston Villa fans paid a heartfelt tribute to Dalian Atkinson in the 10th minute of their 1-1 Championship draw against Huddersfield on Tuesday night.
Supporters rose to their feet in the 10th minute at Villa Park, a number which coincides with the shirt number Atkinson wore for the majority of his Villa career and paid their respects to their former player.
Here are supporters chanting Atkinson’s name in the 10th minute, as they pay tribute to him with a standing ovation.

Police revealed a man had died in the early hours of Monday morning after they were called to an address in Telford, Shropshire.
Sky News confirmed on Twitter that the man was Atkinson, 48, who played for Villa between 1991 and 1995.

Holte-End hero Atkinson played 106 games for the club scoring 38 goals in all competitions, including his famous solo effort against Wimbledon in the 1992-93 Premier League season.
Atkinson celebrated the memorable goal with an umbrella, with numerous people around the ground paying homage to that celebration by holding up umbrella’s prior to the game.
