Gabriel Agbonlahor has insisted he is willing to give his all for the club – and the Aston Villa faithful took to Twitter to express their anger at his comments.
The former Villa captain has been highly criticised by supporters for his lack of fitness and form following a wretched season for the club.
Agbonlahor only managed one goal in the 2015-16 Premier League season in what was a miserable campaign for the Birmingham-born striker and it seems the Villa supporters have not forgotten his antics.
Many Villa fans feel it is now time for the Villa man to leave the club as his chances of proving himself to supporters has passed.
It remains to be seen whether Agbonlahor will be part of manager Roberto Di Matteo’s future plans, but the Villa Park faithful have been very clear on where they stand with the boyhood Villa fan.
