John Terry and Rio Ferdinand forged one of the strongest England centre-back partnerships in living memory.
Since then we have seen the likes of Chris Smalling, Gary Cahill, Phil Jones and Phil Jagielka all take turns in filling the void left by the Chelsea and Manchester United duo.
But perhaps now there is a new name ready to step into the Three Lions back-four
Former United ace Michael Keane has been included in Gareth Southgate’s World Cup qualifying squad and revealed what England will need to do to beat Scotland this week.
