We all get a little homesick now and again.

And it seems like Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur are no different.


Tottenham have adopted Wembley as their Champions League home

The north Londoners are playing all of their Champions League home fixtures at Wembley this season as work is being carried out on White Hart Lane.

Despite the thrill of playing at England’s national stadium in-front of 90,000 fans, it seems that Mauricio Pochettino would much rather be back at the Lane with a warm cuppa!

We reckon this could be a bit of a problem for Spurs.

They worked so hard to qualify for the Champions League last season that it would be a shame if they couldn’t get to grips with the change of scenery.

Let’s just hope they can adapt soon and win their remaining matches in the group stage of Europe’s elite competition.

With all these top England stars getting a run-out at Wembley, it might just be a good thing for the national side!
