Aston Villa have sold their allocation of 2,773 for their trip to Leeds on December 3 – and fans on Twitter have asked for a bigger allocation to be provided.
The club confirmed on its official Twitter account on Thursday that the Midlands side have sold out for their mouthwatering tie at Elland Road in December.
Fans have demanded Leeds provide more tickets as many supporters were left disappointed with the tickets selling out so quickly.
Nonetheless, Villa were praised for selling out another away fixture as they have sold out all of their tickets on their travels this term.
Steve Bruce’s side take on Garry Monk’s high-flying Leeds, who are sitting in a play-off spot after 16 games.
The former Premier League manager has picked up 26 points as the Whites aim for the top-tier of English football for the first time in 12 years.
By contrast Bruce is unbeaten in his first five games in charge of Villa, winning three as they are five points off Monk’s side in 14th.
