Slaven Bilic could be sacked by West Ham if results at the club do not improve – and fans have reacted with anger on Twitter to the possibility of losing their manager.

The Sun claim that Bilic may lose his job as Hammers boss depending on the outcome of the results in the next month at the Olympic Stadium.

West Ham were beaten 4-2 against West Brom on Saturday and have won just two out of their last twelve games.

Supporters on social media shared their disappointment at the report, with one fan saying those wanting Bilic out should see a doctor.

Here is a selection of the messages on Twitter:

It is reported that West Ham chiefs had planned to give Bilic a new contract in January, but talks over the deal have now been put on hold following his side’s poor form this season.

The east-London outfit have picked up just three points from five games this term, leaving them 18th in the Premier League.

Injuries to strikers Andre Ayew and Andy Carroll coupled with the arrival of several new faces at the club has made life difficult for Bilic this season.

He will be hoping for a swift change of fortunes against Accrington Stanley on Wednesday evening.

In other West Ham news, James Tomkins scored on his first league start for Crystal Palace against Stoke and Hammers supporters revealed on Twitter their regret after selling the defender.
