Youngster Gray is highly rated in the Leicester ranks after completing a move to the King Power Stadium back in January 2016 for a lowly price of just £3.7million from Birmingham.
He earned a Premier League winners medal in 2016 as the Midlands clubs surprised everyone by lifting the title and he has played 55 times in total for Leicester since his move.
The Foxes did however suffer a disappointing 12th finish after their league heroics and a move to either of Tottenham or Everton could be enticing for him.
Both clubs have ambitions of pushing for the top spots of the Premier League and they have also proven to bring through and nurture the developments of plenty of young players in recent seasons.
Football Insider verdict:
A move to a progressive club like Tottenham or Everton would be attractive to most players and you can see why Gray is now holding talks about his future with the pair interested. Gray himself would also bring a lot to either club with it felt at both that the only thing missing is a top talent in the wide attacking roles. Now, Gray is far from the finished article and can’t be expected to make an instant impact. However, he is certainly a bright prospect and the England Under-21 international will only get better and he could prove to be a very good long-term investment.
