£60m worth of Everton talent Sam Allardyce must offload in brutal January exodus
Everton have assembled an extremely expensive squad over the last few seasons, but results have shown this term that there are too many of them that are simply not good enough.
Ronald Koeman splashed an insane amount of money in the summer which only resulted in the Toffee side taking a step backwards in their progression.
However with Sam Allardyce now on board, Everton must start looking towards their January business with both players that they must sign, and players that they must sell.
Too many members of the current squad at Goodison Park have cost too much money for the results that they have provided and Allardyce must now oversee a brutal exodus of these underperforming, expensive stars when the transfer window re-opens in just a few weeks’ time.
By offloading these players, Everton should have a lot more money in the bank and a much more streamlined squad ahead of the second half of the season which will not contain any European football after their Europa League disaster.
