Arsenal fans have claimed that they’re “back” after footage of club captain Martin Odegaard returning to first-team training emerged.

The 25-year-old hasn’t played for the Gunners since August, but he is now back in training ahead of crucial games against Inter Milan and Chelsea.

Mikel Arteta’s side will compete against the Serie A giants on Wednesday (6 November) in the Champions League before a London derby on Sunday (10 November) in the Premier League.

The creative midfielder suffered an ankle injury in September while playing for Norway and has been unavailable for the Gunners ever since, which is a period that has seen inconsistent results.

Odegaard was left out of Norway’s squad for the upcoming Nations League games in November, but he could be back in an Arsenal shirt before that point.

The club captain has missed 12 games in all competitions, but his return would boost Arteta’s side in terms of creativity and squad depth.

Arsenal fans have told people to pray for Chelsea and Inter Milan

Arsenal supporters have reacted positively to the news by claiming that the “king is back,” while others have stated that he “dictates our tempo.”
