Arsenal are set to make an offer for Juventus’ Kenan Yildiz in what could be a sensational summer swoop.

Reports emerged on Friday that the North London club are set to present a “very high offer” for the attacking midfielder in the hopes of prizing him away from the Italian giants.

Juventus have previously made it clear to the Gunners that the 21-year-old is not for sale, and no price tag has been set.

This news comes after Vinicius Junior signed a new long-term contract with Real Madrid.

The Brazil international was wanted by Arsenal this summer, but the club have now missed out on the signing.

Mikel Arteta is clearly keen to upgrade his winger options, with Yildiz the next player on his radar.

Arsenal eye Kenan Yildiz transfer

Yildiz is no doubt one of the best emerging talents in the Serie A.

The Tukey international had another great season in the 2025-26 campaign, as he scored 10 times and picked up six assists in 36 Serie A matches.

As a result, Matthijs Pog’s report will likely excite a lot of the Arsenal faithful, as the club could soon have their hands on one of the most talented youngsters in the world.

However, it remains to be seen if this will turn into another long and drawn-out transfer saga, with Juventus clear that they do not need to sell their stars this summer.

This is despite the Old Lady missing out on Champions League football last season as they finished sixth in the Serie A.

Who else are Arsenal looking to sign this summer?

Another player that Arsenal are heavily linked with this summer is Aston Villa’s Ezri Konsa.

The centre-back has been linked with a move to the Emirates since the 2026 World Cup, after he helped Villa win the Europa League last season.

The Gunners have already seen an offer rejected for the 28-year-old this summer transfer window, with the Birmingham outfit unwilling to sell one of the top stars.

However, Villa’s players are becoming increasingly convinced that Konsa will leave this summer, which could open the door to a door to the Emirates.

Nevertheless, it remains to be seen what business Arsenal complete over the final weeks of the transfer window.
