Arsenal will have to pay well over £85.7million if they want to get their hands on Juventus’ rising star Kenan Yildiz this summer.

Reports have emerged that the Old Lady will consider offers for the 21-year-old attacking midfielder this summer, but only for an extortionate fee.

This comes amid reports on Friday that the Gunners were preparing to submit an offer to Juventus in the hope of luring the Turkey international to the club.

Arsenal are currently searching for an alternative to Vinicius Junior after the winger signed a new long-term deal at Real Madrid.

The North London club were heavily linked with the Brazil international as Mikel Arteta looks to bolster his options out wide.

Yildiz now appears to be the club’s next target as the transfer window edges closer to its end.

Juventus to demand near-record fee for Yildiz

If Juventus get their way, they could secure a record fee for Yildiz.

Paul Pogba is still the club’s most expensive departure after his £89.3m move to Manchester United back in 2016.

However, if La Stampa’s report via Calcio Mercato is correct, then Juventus could be eyeing a deal for Yildiz that goes beyond this fee.

The signing would likely go down as Arsenal’s second most expensive transfer ever if the club do complete a deal, with Declan Rice currently holding the record for his £105m move from West Ham in 2023.

Nevertheless, it remains to be seen if the Gunners decide to splash the cash to bring in Yildiz from Juventus this summer.

Who else are Arsenal linked with this summer?

Arsenal have been linked with a shock move for Tottenham Hotspur captain Cristian Romero in recent days.

The centre-back has been heavily linked with an exit from Spurs in recent weeks after a tough 2025-26 campaign.

Now, the Gunners have emerged as potential suitors as they look to reinforce their centre-back position this summer.

Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa has also been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates in recent weeks.

However, the Argentina international could now make the switch across North London in what could prove to be a highly controversial move for both clubs this summer transfer window.
