Tottenham have snubbed £150million interest from Manchester City and Barcelona in Dele Alli, according to a report.

The Sun claim that the two cash-rich giants have both made approaches to sign Alli, who who has emerged as one of the outstanding players in the Premier League following his sensational rise over the last two years.

It is said that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has made it clear to City and Barca that the 21-year-old is "not for sale at any price" and his future is at White Hart Lane.

The Sun report mentions that even a sum of £150million would not be enough to convince Levy to cash in on the playmaker.

Alli's value has risen following two outstanding seasons in which his goals and creativity have been integral to Tottenham securing consecutive second and third place Premier League finishes.

He started in the new campaign where he left off last season with a goal in Spurs' opening day 2-0 win against Newcastle last weekend.
