Everton manager Sam Allardyce has confirmed in his press conference today that should a fee be acceptable, then Kevin Mirallas will be allowed to leave Goodison Park.
Mirallas, who has made 186 appearances for the Toffees in all competitions, is not enjoying life on the sidelines, and would favour a move so that he can get more first-team football.
Everton posted highlights of the press conference to their Twitter page:

Talking at the press conference Allardyce said, “It depends on many factors, it depends on one does Kevin want to go, does he agree with the club that comes in for him, do we agree with the fee that’s being offered.”
Mirallas was spotted wearing his former club Olympiacos’ shin-guards whilst away with the Belgian national team, suggesting where his true allegiances lie.
Mirallas has also posted comments to his Instagram account that imply he is not happy at Everton, including, “I want to post pictures about the games but i don’t play.”
With the World Cup around the corner, the 30-year-old might not have another chance to represent Belgium at the tournament, so it is no surprise that the Forward seemingly wants away from Everton.
Football Insider verdict:
Kevin Mirallas is a talented forward with a heap of Premier League experience, and other clubs will be licking their lips at the chance to sign the Belgian – but it is clear that he would favour a move overseas to gain the playing time he desires. Sam Allardyce’s attacking options are numerous, especially if Tosun arrives, so any deal for Mirallas to leave would not essentially need an immediate replacement.
In other Everton transfer news, the Toffees could terminate the loan contract of their defender at Sunderland.
