West Ham are favourites to sign Olivier Giroud from London rivals Arsenal this summer, according to the latest bookmaker odds.
SkyBet have priced the Hammers at 6/1 to snap up the striker, who has scored 16 goals across all competitions for the Gunners this season.
Marseille are the only other side considering in strong contention of making a successful move for Giroud at 8/1 while Lyon, Sevilla and both Inter and AC Milan are at much longer odds.
It is also understood that West Brom and Everton are interested in signing him.
Giroud has been at Arsenal since he signed from Montpellier in 2012 but has been in inconsistent form for most of the last five years.
He has helped the Londoners to three FA Cup titles and scored a total of 98 goals in 227 appearances across all competitions.
The French international has suffered mixed form again this term, despite scoring 16 times in 40 appearances in both European and domestic contests.
West Ham are expected to make changes to their attacking force this summer following a disappointing campaign which saw Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho way more than what Slaven Bilic would have hoped.
In other West Ham news, the Irons will battle it out with Everton and Newcastle for this £8million-rated Championship player.
