Bielsa has 'humiliated' Rodrigo at Leeds and may have 'lost' him for good - pundit
Gabby Agbonlahor has claimed Rodrigo Moreno is “very unhappy” at Leeds United because of his treatment by Marcelo Bielsa.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa striker suggested the Spain international was humiliated by Bielsa when he was substituted against Chelsea after himself replacing Patrick Bamford in the first half.
Spanish outlet Fichajes report Leeds’ record signing is unhappy with his role at Elland Road.
The 30-year-old has been limited to just 12 Premier League starts this season in a role behind Bamford.
At his previous club, Valencia, Rodrigo had been utilised as a sole striker but Bamford’s fine form this season has seen him limited to just one start up front in the FA Cup.
Asked for his assessment of Rodrigo’s time in west Yorkshire, Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley: “He’s done OK, hasn’t he.

“But in the game against Chelsea, he got taken off when he was brought on as a sub. It’s a bit humiliating from the manager.
“Sometimes you can lose players when you do stuff like that. I’m sure he won’t want to do that again.
“But he’s a quality player. He plays for Spain and he won’t want to lose his place in the squad for the Euros because he’s not getting game time.
“I bet he is very unhappy.
“The amount of games that Bamford plays. He doesn’t even get rested to give Rodrigo a start up front.”
The 25-time Spain international was not included in Luis Enrique’s squad for this month’s internationals due to injury.
It is the final time the squad will meet up before this summer’s European Championships.
