TalkSport host Alan Brazil has claimed that he wants a green and white tick next to his name on his radio show’s Twitter account to represent Celtic and not a blue one as he associates it with Rangers.
Govan-born Brazil, 58, began his youth career off with the Hoops before spending most of his playing days in England with Tottenham, Manchester United and Coventry, and it seems that he still shows his allegiance to Parkhead after all these years.
Brazil’s Sports Breakfast official Twitter account is yet to be verified on Twitter, meaning that it doesn’t have a blue tick next to the name.
However the ex-Scotland has aimed a subtle dig the way of Rangers about how their colour is not what he wants to see showing up on his account.
“Blue is the wrong colour for us, we want a green and white hoops tick,” he said on his radio shows Twitter account when asked why he isn’t verified.
@SportsBreakfast how come you don’t have the blue tick next to your name🤔

Brazil has previously admitted that he was shocked that David Moyes wasn’t hired by Rangers as their search for a replacement for Pedro Caixinha rumbles on.
The Gers axed the Portuguese boss four weeks ago and Brazil’s tip of Moyes ended up at West Ham less than 24 hours after Slaven Bilic was shown the exit door at the London Stadium.
Celtic have had no such worries though as they have recently smashed a British record unbeaten run in domestic competitions.
However they face a mammoth task on Wednesday night when they take on Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League in the French capital.
