Celtic idol issues three-word verdict on system change after what he's seen from Kyogo Furuhashi
Frank McAvennie has claimed Kyogo Furuhashi and Giorgios Giakoumakis are unlikely to start together for Celtic.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Hoops striker said Ange Postecoglou is unlikely to change formation to accommodate the duo despite losing to St Mirren.
The Green and Whites boss brought on Giakoumakis alongside Kyogo in the 2-0 defeat to St Mirren on Sunday (18 September).
Giakoumakis replaced Turnbull in the second half of the match at the SMISA Stadium.
The loss ended Postecoglou’s 38-game unbeaten run in the Scottish top flight.
Kyogo played the full 90 minutes of the league game.

On 21 August, as quoted by STV News, the Aussie boss revealed the pair are “non-negotiables” in his side and both deserve to start.
When asked if Postecoglou would ever start the duo together and play two up front, McAvennie issued a three-word verdict to Football Insider: “Not for me.
“He’s got a way of playing and I think you’ll see, if they’re under the cosh and two down or one down at half time or for the last 30 minutes he might fling the two of them on.
“I can’t see him starting them both. He’s had the chance to start the two of them together at home games and he hasn’t done it.“
Kyogo has scored six goals in eight appearances for the Celts across all competitions this season.
Giakoumakis has scored three goals in his eight outings for the Hoops across all competitions.
