'Morgan Rogers swap deal' - Chelsea fans react excitedly to Aston Villa transfer 'update'
Chelsea supporters have set their demands if Aston Villa are to sign striker Nicolas Jackson following his return from Bayern Munich.
The 25-year-old spent the 2025-26 campaign on loan in Germany, where he notched 11 goals and three assists, having been pushed out of the squad by Enzo Maresca.
Vincent Kompany's side decided against triggering the buy clause in his contract, potentially giving Unai Emery to reunite with the Senegalese international this summer.
The two were at Villarreal together, with Emery actually handing the centre-forward his debut for the Spanish side.
Many supporters at Villa Park believe that their manager could finally be the one to get the best out of Jackson, but any deal is unlikely to come at a bargain.
According to Chelsea journalist Simon Phillips, the Villans could make a very late move for the player's signature this summer, and the Blues want Morgan Rogers in return.

Anyone would admit that the two players' values are worlds apart, though, so it is unlikely to be a straight swap deal if a deal were ever to be completed.
Arsenal remains the favourites to secure Rogers' signature, but Chelsea fans aren't yet giving up hope of a big-money deal in West London.
One supporter suggested that Jackson plus £30million would be enough, while another was more conservative with the addition of £50m.
Although Xabi Alonso has confirmed that the player will joined the Blues' pre-season training, unlike Alejandro Garnacho, the exit door is still open this summer.
Axel Disasi, Benoit Badiashile, Trevoh Chalobah, Romeo Lavia, Jamie Gittens and Liam Delap could also be sacrificed in a much-needed squad exodus.
What has Unai Emery said about Jackson?
Emery has always been a fan of the striker, who notched 13 goals and five assists during his first full season for Villarreal, evident from his previous comments.
"His attitude as well was fantastic. He was always learning. He was always demanding to train more, to be focused," he told Sky Sports in December 2024.
"He was also being a professional every day out of training sessions at home because he was focused on football as the first priority in his life."
Jackson has certainly struggled during his time at Stamford Bridge, but based on his previous work with Emery, the Villa boss could finally bring him back to life.
