Aston Villa duo Kevin Toner and Easah Suliman have returned from their respective loan spells.
The club confirmed on its official website on Tuesday afternoon that the academy graduates have made a return to Bodymoor Heath.
Centre-back Toner was on loan at League One outfit Walsall where he worked under the stewardship of manager John Whitney.
The 20-year-old made 20 appearances for the Midlands side supplying one assist in the league and helping his team keep four clean sheets.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international has already represented the senior side when he made four appearances during the latter stages of Villa’s relegation campaign last term.
By contrast, centre-back Suliman has made a return from his loan spell at League Two outfit Cheltenham Town due to injury.
He made 12 appearances in all competitions for the struggling fourth-tier side, helping them secure one clean sheet during those matches.
Steve Bruce’s senior centre-back duo are summer signing James Chester and academy graduate Nathan Baker with Tommy Elphick as back-up.
Nonetheless, academy duo Toner and Suliman signed new respective contracts with the Championship club this season.
Toner penned a new two-year deal prior to leaving for his loan spell, while Suliman signed a new contract in December which will see him remain at the club until 2019.
In other Aston Villa transfer news, the club has prepared a bid for this goalscoring midfielder.
