Coufal slammed by pundit after new details emerge on his dreadful West Ham display
Vladimir Coufal had a game to forget for West Ham against Brentford, according to Paul Robinson.
However, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the Sky Sports pundit and ex-Premier League goalkeeper insisted the 29-year-old was not the only player in David Moyes’ side who was “very poor”.
Coufal produced an uncharacteristic display on Sunday as West Ham slipped to a 2-1 defeat to Brentford at the London Stadium.

Robinson is surprised by West Ham’s performance given their impressive second half display at Leeds United a week earlier.
“Coufal has been outstanding since he has been there,” he told Football Insider.

“It was not one of his better games, put it that way.
“You cannot pin the blame on him though. It was an all-round poor performance by West Ham. I thought they were very poor.
“Leeds destroyed them in the first half last week. But, in the second half they massively improved and looked good. I was impressed with the changes David Moyes made and it paid dividends.
“I just think the game against Brentford was an uncharacteristic performance given their recent form.
“It is harsh to pick out individual because there was not one of them that played well.”
Coufal has been a revelation since arriving at the London Stadium in October 2020.
He has been ever-present for the Hammers in the Premier League this season.
