Sources: Crystal Palace accept Nottingham Forest bid for Daniel Munoz
Crystal Palace are set to accept a £22million bid from Nottingham Forest for Daniel Munoz, sources have told Football Insider.
A deal is expected to go through early next week, with the 30-year-old keen to make the switch.
The right-back was an unused substitute in Friday's 4-1 defeat to Manchester City, with both the Eagles and the player keen to avoid any potential problems.
Former Palace boss Oliver Glasner has been the driving force behind the deal, which will be worth £20m in guaranteed fees plus £2m in potential add-ons.
Munoz will become the latest player to leave Selhurst Park this summer, after Maxence Lacroix, Brennan Johnson and Danny Imray.
Palace could still lose Ismaila Sarr and Jean-Philippe Mateta, too, with both players indicating their desire to leave in the closing days of the window.

While Glasner's current option as the right-wing-back in his system, Ola Aina, is capable, his more natural position is further back.
But in Munoz, the Austrian will have a player that he knows will thrive in that position.
Last season, the Colombia international scored five goals and assisted four in 46 games across all competitions. The season before, it was six goals and seven assists.
The 30-year-old is a massive danger down the right of the attack and will give Nottingham Forest a new dimension.
He is no slouch defensively, either. Munoz registered 2.77 tackles and 3.63 clearances per game in the Premier League last season, amassing 7.42 defensive contributions in every 90 minutes.
It is undoubtedly his attacking prowess that steals the headlines, though, with the right-back producing just over a shot and a chance a game on average last season.
What has Glasner said about Munoz
Munoz joined Palace in 2024 from Genk, signing in a deal worth around £6.8m after four years in Belgium.
There was little known about the 30-year-old before the move, but he quickly made his presence known.
Two trophies have followed for Palace, with Munoz assisting Eberechi Eze's winner in the 2025 FA Cup final against Man City and featuring throughout as they beat Rayo Vallecano to the Conference League in May.
"He’s, let's say, a mix between a right-back and a right winger, and that's why we're also playing this system because we know his attacking style and we know that he's very dangerous," said Glasner of Munoz in December.
"Even before he came to Palace, I think he scored five goals in the Belgium league in six months and that's just his nature. Of course his physicality, his runs, always being there and having this feeling in the box, at the far post, this is something special.
"You can't always have your right-back in the opposite box, but in our system we can, and that's one of the reasons why we play a back three. For us, Dani is a very important player.
"If you don't score many goals, and your right wing-back has now four… at the moment, after losing Ismaila [Sarr, to injury] he's one of our few players who makes runs in behind without the ball, and that helps us.”
