By Amir Mir
West Ham co-chairman David Gold has revealed on Twitter that the club are working non-stop to land their transfer targets.
Slaven Bilic’s side are sitting in the top ten of the Premier League table after a poor start to the season which saw them initially drop into the relegation zone.
Back-to-back wins in recent weeks has seen the Hammers climb up the table as they will be looking to make use of the January transfer window before it shuts next Tuesday.
The club have made only one senior signing so far, adding Southampton centre-back and Euro 2016 winner, Jose Fonte to their defensive ranks.
When a supporter on social media asked Gold whether the club are expecting more incomings, this was his response, as posted on his personal Twitter account.

The London-based club have struggled in front of goal for the majority of this campaign, despite their recent revival.
Additionally, with wantaway playmaker Dimitri Payet training with the under-23s and looking for a move back to his former club Marseille, Bilic may need to add more attacking threat.
They also have only two senior strikers at the club in Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho, with the latter currently injured.
The Irons also terminated the season-long loan of Italy international Simone Zaza, who failed to score a single goal during his time at the club.
In other West Ham transfer news, negotiations have begun for this attacker after reported interest.
