David Prutton predicts Aston Villa v Rotherham
By Dominic Toner
David Prutton has predicted Aston Villa to record a narrow 2-1 victory against Championship strugglers Rotherham.
Villa travel to Rotherham on Saturday for a league fixture and will be looking to continue their good form after a dramatic turnaround.
Steve Bruce’s side have won back-to-back games over Bristol City and Derby, which ended a run of five consecutive defeats.
They are up to 15th in the league table and have silenced any fears of a shock relegation battle.
Instead, the Midlands giants will look to climb up the table and prepare themselves for a promotion assault next season.

Sky Sports pundit Prutton believes they will continue their winning run, but does not expect it to be an easy game.
“It’s a tough one for Rotherham,” Prutton told Sky Sports. “It’s been an uphill battle for them since the start of the season, as they haven’t been able to get into any sort of form.
“Villa have finally started to improve, winning their last two after a nightmare run. They should go there and win, although it may not be comfortable.”
Rotherham have endured a difficult season and are stranded at the bottom of the table on 17 points, meaning they are are 16 points from safety.
The Millers have not won in the league since 14 January against Norwich and are destined to drop down to League One.
However, they will have the home advantage against Villa and their top scorer Danny Ward has 10 goals so far this season.
Bruce’s side will be strong favourites to earn the three points as Bruce’s summer signings begin to settle at Villa Park.
