De Gea beaten by direct Stanislas corner as Bournemouth hand Manchester United early fright

By North-west correspondent Alex Stevens
Junior Stanislas scored direct from a corner to hand Manchester United an early fright in their clash against Bournemouth on Saturday night.
David de Gea was caught out by a swirling wind in the second minute at Dean Court as Stanislas delivered a wicked inswinging corner from the left flank.
The attacking midfielder’s expert set-piece arced over the heads of the defenders and beyond the outstretched fingertips of the United goalkeeper to secure a goal that will raise questions about De Gea’s positioning. The Spaniard had his head in his hands immediately afterwards.
The timing and novelty factor of the goal sent the home fans wild at a jam-packed and raucous Dean Court as Bournemouth attempted to follow up their win over Chelsea last weekend by claiming another prize scalp.
Marouane Fellaini scored a scrambled equaliser after 23 minutes after Bournemouth keeper had saved well from Memphis Depay.
The score at the end of a highly entertaining opening period was 1-1.
