Dembele: This is what Pochettino demands of Tottenham players

Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele has revealed that Mauricio Pochettino demands his players fight for the club.
The Argentinian manager has become a popular figure at White Hart Lane since his arrival in 2014.
He helped Spurs to a third-placed finish in the Premier League last season and they are currently second in the table.
Pochettino has introduced a high intensity style of football and transformed the north London club into a leading side in England.
Dembele has praised the impact of his manager and explained he has high expectations of his players.

“The manager and staff explain all the time that they want a certain type of person at this club who you can trust and it’s becoming a big family who want to strive for the same goal,” Dembele told Sky Sports. “He wants people who will fight for the club, who will fight for each other, have respect for each other, respect the rules and everything around it needs to be good before you touch a ball.
“The manager can get a lot out of this group and everyone can feel that there is a positive vibe.”
Dembele has established himself as a crucial player for Spurs in recent seasons and is highly rated by Pochettino.
He is one of several players that have cemented their position in the starting XI, with the likes of Hugo Lloris, Toby Alderweireld and Harry Kane also ever-presents.
They endured a difficult campaign in Europe as they were eliminated from both the Champions League and Europa League.
However, Pochettino has installed belief that they can compete at the top-end of the table and there is a feel good factor around White Hart Lane.
