Done deal: Murty overhaul continues with another January signing

Rangers have confirmed the loan signing of defender Russell Martin, on loan from Norwich until the end of the season.
The 32-year-old has made 309 Norwich appearances and brings with him huge experience from one of the toughest leagues in the world.
The news was announced on the official Rangers site on Tuesday evening.

Martin has earned 29 caps for Scotland but will play north of the border for the first time under Graeme Murty.
Football Insider verdict:
Rangers fans don’t seem massively excited by the signing of Russell Martin, with many saying he’s no better than what they’ve already got in that position. That’s a bit unfair. He comes with a huge amount of experience from the Championship and he was a mainstay for Norwich last season. We think he’ll fit in brilliantly at Rangers and will make a big difference to their push to catch up with Celtic at the top of the Premiership.
