Done deal: Tottenham attacker secures exit from club in loan deal

Norwich have completed the loan signing of Tottenham attacking midfielder Marcus Edwards.
The news was announced on the official Norwich twitter page on Monday evening.
He joins the Championship side on a season long loan.

The 19-year old moves immediately but isn’t eligible for the FA Cup game against Chelsea on Wednesday as he wasn’t registered for Norwich ahead of the first tie.
After joining Norwich Edwards said: “I’m really excited and can’t wait to help the team.
“I like to get on the ball, take people on, create things and score goals. When I spoke to the manager, he made me feel welcome and explained how he wanted to play.”
Football Insider verdict:
This is a great move for Edwards and also a great move for Norwich. The 19-year-old is packed with talent and now just needs a stage on which to flaunt it. he’s not getting game time at Spurs and the Championship is the ideal place for him to continue developing his career. Tottenham fans will wish him all the luck in the world and will hope he comes back a much improved player.
