'Dreadful', 'Missing in action' - Tottenham fans destroy attacker on Twitter after display v West Ham
By Harry Sykes
Tottenham fans took to Twitter to pan the performance of Son Heung-Min in their shattering 1-o defeat to West Ham on Friday night.
Spurs’ title hopes suffered what appears to be a fatal blow after their nine-match winning run in the Premier League came to an end at London Stadium.
A Manuel Lanzini goal was enough to separate the sides and ensure that Chelsea remain four points ahead of their title rivals, who now have just three matches of their campaign remaining.
Winger Son, 24, played the full 90 minutes of the clash but, like many of his teammates, delivered a below-par performances.
Supporters took to social media in the aftermath of the game to criticise the south Korean for failing to live up to his recent standards.
