'Embarrassment', 'Missed the point' – Rangers fans react after official Celtic tweet trolls over 'The Broony'

It doesn’t take a lot for Rangers and Celtic fans to go at it, so a tweet celebrating seven years of ‘The Broony’ was always going to be contentious.

Celtic marked the occasion with a tweet on its official Twitter page on Tuesday, with an emoji with a hand covering a smile.

Rangers had the last laugh that season, going onto complete a league and cup double, a fact which a number of Rangers fans pointed out in reply.
