Confirmed: Clause allows Everton and Barcelona to strike £10.4m attacker summer transfer

Barcelona have an option to sign Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu for £10.4million this summer, according to the Spanish club.
Barca secretary Robert Fernandez revealed that the 23-year-old could move back to Camp Nou during the forthcoming window.
Deulofeu is on loan at Serie A giants AC Milan until the end of the season after securing a temporary move away from Everton.
The Spaniard struggled for game time under Ronald Koeman in the opening half of the season but has been a mainstay of the Milan team.
“We have the possibility and it’s good,” Fernandez said of re-signing Deulofeu, as quoted by Spanish outlet Sport. “I am very happy with what’s happening.

“Deulofeu was at Everton and not playing. He went on loan to Milan, where he’s playing and has been called up to the Spain team. It’s good news. I think it’s 12 million to bring him back.”
The one-time Spain international and Barcelona academy product initially joined Everton in the summer of 2013 in the first of two season-long loans.
He then joined permanently in 2015 for £5million on a three-year contract, with the deal stipulating set fees for Barcelona to re-sign him in the subsequent summers.
The Spanish champions could have landed Deulofeu for £7.8million last summer, and the price for the forthcoming window is set at £10.4million.
