Everton supporters are already wishing that Vitalii Mykolenko had never put pen to paper on new terms at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Despite once being a fan-favourite on Merseyside, the Ukranian international's ability is now being massively questioned ahead of the new season.

A replacement at right-back has often been David Moyes' priority, but many believe that the opposite flank is also in dire need of reinforcements.

It was a frustrating mistake from the full-back, and not for the first time. Supporters are seeing an increasing number of errors from Mykolenko, and they're fed up.

While one supporter said that they'd rather "stare at the eclipse," another suggested that the player has been "blackmailing the owners" to get a new contract.
