Darren Bent shared that Wolves should worry about other teams trying to poach players such as Joao Moutinho.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Laura O’Leary, the former Aston Villa striker revealed he thought the only concern Wolves should have is regarding keeping hold of their players as they have several currently producing the goods.

Bent singled out Moutinho for special praise as he claimed the midfielder was sensational in the 2-1 win over Bournemouth on Saturday and pointed out how good his goal was.

The 33-year-old has played 23 times for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side across all competitions this season, and Bent credited the midfielder for his part in the club’s latest win.

When asked about Moutinho’s breathtaking display against Bournemouth, Bent told Football Insider: “Yeah the free-kick was a joke as well, it was incredible.

“Moutinho, phwoar, the only worry Wolves have got at the minute is that teams could come in and nick their players like; Jimenez, Moutinho, Neves, Jota, these guys as they have some good players who are producing the goods.

“Moutinho was sensational yesterday, his goal was great and another good result for Wolves.”

Moutinho has been at the Molineux since joining from French giants AS Monaco in 2018 and is contracted to stay with the Premier League club until 2022.

The veteran midfielder has managed to rack up one goal and registered three assists in the 13 Premier League appearances he has made so far.

In other Wolves news, it can be REVEALED that the club are in advanced talks to agree new deal by the end of December.
