Marcel Brands is confident Moise Kean's value will rocket to more than £60million at Everton in a year's time, Football Insider can reveal.

The striker has made just two substitute appearances for the Merseysiders since signing from Juventus earlier this month for an initial £27million rising to a potential £36million.

An Everton source has told Football Insider that recruitment chief Brands regards Kean, 19, as a rising star of world football with the potential to quickly increase in value.

The Dutchman, who was the driving force behind the striker's capture from Juventus, believes the player will rocket in value should he perform as expected in his debut campaign.

Brands is convinced that Kean is capable of scoring up to 15 goals this season and, that if he does, his market value will more than double to beyond £60million.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has spearheaded the Everton attack in their opening two matches of the campaign before making way on each occasion for his new strike rival.

Kean is already a full Italy international after making his mark at Juventus, where he scored seven goals from 17 matches last season.
