Torquay United have won the race to sign Crystal Palace striker Rob Street, Football Insider can reveal.
The runaway National League leaders have agreed the terms of a loan deal for the rest of the season.
A recruitment source has told Football Insider Palace boss Roy Hodgson has given the green light for Street to go as he does not figure in his first-team plans.
