Scott Parker’s side have lost all four of their Premier League matches and conceded 11 goals along the way.

This site broke the news in the middle of last month that Fulham had opened talks over signing Kongolo, who cost Huddersfield £18million when they signed him in 2018.

He spent the second half of last season at the west London club but only played two matches due to a foot injury.

He has failed to add to his 60 Huddersfield appearances this season, partly due to injury but manager Carlos Corberan has revealed that uncertainty over his future is also a key factor.
