Exclusive: Paul Robinson destroys Everton player with serious attitude problem
Paul Robinson blasted Moise Kean for showing an ‘unacceptable attitude’ since arriving from Juventus but insisted he can still prove a great signing for Everton.
The former Spurs goalkeeper, speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Dylan Childs, admitted to being disappointed by the 20-year-old’s first season in the Premier League.
Kean arrived at Goodison Park last August for £24.75million but has so far struggled to justify his price tag with only one goal in 26 appearances.
In November the Italy international was dropped from the matchday squad by Marco Silva, manager at the time, for a breach of club discipline.
Robinson suggested Carlo Ancelotti will not stand for any off-field misconduct from the striker.
“I have been disappointed,” he told Football Insider. “I expected big things when he came. I saw him play at Juve and he looked like a young, hungry, big, strong striker.

“But his off the field discipline led to a fall out with Marco Silva. He did not get game time and left out of the team and squad. He was late for meetings and late for training. His attitude was not right.
“For a player of that age, coming into the Premier League and wanting to make his mark – that is not acceptable. Everything has to be right. Under Ancelotti he will not be allowed to have these off the field problems.
“I was excited but he has failed to deliver and flattered to deceive but I still think he will be a top player for Everton.”
The Italian has struggled for game time under Carlo Ancelotti – a rejuvenated Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison preferred in attack at Goodison Park.
