Rangers have informed three senior stars that they’re free to find new clubs this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

Ianis Hagi, Alex Lowry, and Adam Devine have all been informed that they can exit Ibrox before the transfer deadline on 31st August.

The club will listen to permanent offers for all three players as Philippe Clement looks to build his squad for the new season.

The Gers boss has made it clear throughout summer that the club needs to sell players to fund new signings, which is why the trio will be available in this window.

All three men spent last season out on loan after being deemed surplus to requirements by Clement.

None of them played in the season opener against Hearts last weekend, nor did they even have a place on the bench.

Rangers will attempt to reinvest the money from sales into the squad

Clement wants to strengthen the squad before the transfer window shuts, and the sale of three players would boost his transfer kitty.

Clement wants a “first-class” winger and a striker in his squad to help them push Celtic in the title race this season.

The Gers also have potential Champions League qualification, which would provide an important financial boost if they achieve it.

The Scottish giants kickstart their qualification campaign today at home against Dynamo Kyiv in the first leg of their third qualifying round.
