Exclusive: Senior Tottenham star to go public over potential PL move - Pundit claim
Tottenham defender Danny Rose will make it clear whether he wants to stay at Newcastle United past the end of his loan spell, according to Michael Brown.
The former Spurs midfielder, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, insists the 29-year-old will not keep his plans for the summer a secret.
Rose was shipped off to St James’ Park late in the January transfer window and, as revealed by Football Insider, Jose Mourinho has told friends he will not play for Spurs again.
With Steve Bruce going public about his desire to keep Rose on Tyneside past this summer, Brown claims the defender will reveal what he wants to do.
“Danny Rose is one person we know who has his opinion, will speak and say it how it is,” Brown told Football Insider.
“I don’t think he’ll disappoint to say whether he wants to stay or whether he doesn’t want to stay. He’ll certainly let everybody know.

“Steve Bruce has come and said that (he wants to keep him). He’s a good player, is Danny Rose, and Steve Bruce wants good players at the football club.”
Rose has played a total of six times for Newcastle since swapping north London for the north east of England, starting the Magpies’ last four Premier League games.
He has a total of 214 Tottenham appearances under his belt, 15 of which have come this season.
